Our spacious luxury villa is located on a hill in the highly popular secured resort of Marbella Estate, just a 5-minute drive from the well-known and beloved Jan Thiel Beach.
Caribbean Blue features a luxurious kitchen and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a large space for up to 6 people.

The spacious luxury villa is situated on a hill with a view of the ‘mundi’ at the back and overlooking the park at the front.
In 2021, the villa was completely renovated and newly decorated in a modern and tasteful style.
Fully furnished
The villa features a luxurious kitchen with a dishwasher and is fully equipped for up to 6 people.
Bedrooms
Caribbean Blue has three air-conditioned bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom.
Towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided.
Living Porch
The spacious 50 m² living porch occupies a central position and is equipped with a large cozy seating area with plenty of cushions, as well as a dining table suitable for 6 people to enjoy meals together.
On the porch there is refreshing breeze, making it a very pleasant place to relax and sit.
Swimming Pool
The villa features its own private swimming pool measuring 7 by 3.80 meters, with a semi-jacuzzi just around the corner that you can reach while swimming.
In the evenings, the garden and pool can be illuminated, contributing to a delightful atmosphere and an unforgettable luxury vacation.
Marbella Estate Resort
The secure residential resort Marbella Estate is situated between the beautiful lagoons of Jan Thiel and Spaanse Water. It is close to popular beaches like Mambo and Kontiki Beach, Pagayo Beach, and Zanzibar. Additionally, there are nearby shops including an Albert Heijn (supermarket), and Willemstad is a fifteen-minute drive away.
